The only time you will get a newsletter from us is if you signed up using a form on our website and ticked a box confirming that you wanted to receive our newsletter.  You will then have received a double opt in email asking you to confirm your subscription from MailChimp. (This process worked slightly differently prior to December 31st 2011).

Easy Unsubscribe

In most cases if you’ve received an email newsletter from us and you think its spam you’ve probably forgotten that you signed up. No worries. All you have to do is click on the link below and we’ll be gone for ever

No Grubby Hands

We don’t let anyone have your email details – or anything else come to that (though see more for privacy on that). If anyone else want to contact you the very most we would do is to send an email out on their behalf – so it comes from us. Your details don’t leave our secure server – run by MailChimp - and they are totally secure.
