Information we May Store
If you comment on our websites or click on any of the social sharing buttons you are telling us something about you and this information will stay on the website until you come and unshare it. In some cases this may not be possible as the social network used may retain information.
If you send us an email we’ll store it and keep it for reference on a permanent basis. We may use what you’ve written to enhance the content on BeyondTransition and will generally attribute it to you where the information is specific. If you prefer that we don’t mention you by name do let us know and we won’t.
If you use any of the forms on our website to submit information we assume that you are giving us permission to use it in anyway that we like to produce content and product that will be beneficial to other triathletes and readers and user of our services and products.
If you create or edit content on BeyondTransition using our content management system we will own the copyright of anything created or produced. Content that is imported by you and used unaltered such as photos and video we assume that you own the copyright to and you will retain that ownership.
Personally Identifiable Information
We don’t share personally identifiable information about you to third parties. The only exceptions to this would be when we believe that we are legally required to do so. personally identifiable
Cookies
We use some to help improve your user experience but as of February 2012 we don’t believe that any of them do anything objectionable.
Other Sites
If you click on a link and go somewhere else they can do what they want. Unfortunately we can’t help you there; we do however try to only have links that go to nice places.
