Bike Course

The Ironman Timberman bike leg starts with a small hill just outside the Ellacoya State Park. It’s not a big deal, so just spin your way up to get the blood circulating in the legs again. Swim Course

The Ironman Timberman swim is pretty straightforward. It’s a point-topoint swim that goes out into the lake until the first turn buoy, and then it’s a 90-degree right turn where you swim parallel to the shore. Run Course

The Ironman 70.3 Timberman run course is a two-lap out and back course along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. It’s a 3.3-mile route that goes up a couple of small hills in the middle and down the other side before turning around.
