The Ironman Sri Lanka Bike course is one of the fastest Ironman bike courses in Asia. With no hills or gradients the 90 km half ironman bike route is almost as flat as it is possible to be. The course is 30km long and if you are doing Ironman Sri Lanka you’ll do it 3 times. Swim Course

The Ironman Sri Lanka swim is a 1.9 km in the Indian Ocean. The course is a 1 lap rectangle marked by buoys, with a 1.5 km course for the 5150 Sri lanka triathlon. Because the swim exit and entrance are in close proximity we are estimating a 900m swim out, 100m for the turn and 900m for the back leg. The Ironman Sri Lanka run course is a 10.5km course up and down Colombo’s famous Marine Drive. Triathletes who are doing Ironman 70.3 Sri Lanka do two loops whereas those doing 5150 do 1 slightly shortened circuit.
